piplupcommandermaking graphics under a deadline was killing me, so I took a break from icontests and have just been fucking around mostly. the "More" MV is the most I've dedicated myself to a single project in a minute, and the first graphics I've actually posted since that last disney20in20 I did. doing them at my own pace helped a lot, and is my current recharge from writing under a deadline, as I've had a few steady commissions lately. (note: I am not complaining even a little bit. I still gotta recharge from it though.) also kinda wanna do "villain" because it's fucking gorgeous, but eh. we'll see.
maybe, maybe I'll get back on the video editing project I've had sitting in my harddrive for like six? eight? months now. idr if I talked about it here before but it's a remake of one I did in college, which was all 480p youtube rips with the station id in the corner and everything, done in windows movie maker. it's set to la vie boheme. with *checks notes* seven different sources. I've fully sourced five, and one has like one more clip to grab. getting the clips is honestly the most frustrating part for me, and I'll have to find something to fill the little instrumental breaks and long notes, but I don't do a lot of fancy effects so it's just cutting them to size and dropping them in the timeline after that. this has been my white whale, my Shitty AMVs of Christmas Past, my greatest shame. I will be exonerated.
